Allows calling the next ResourceReferenceHandler in the chain. An instance of this class is passed to ResourceReferenceHandler.handle(ResourceReference, ResourceReferenceHandlerChain) and it's up to the Handler implementation to decide if it wants to stop the execution chain or not.
